No pre load shock cups

The little O rings supplied are for adjusting spring pre load....
You will most likely need some small snap ring pliers to assemble these shocks. Channel lock part #927 or even smaller #926 are great, Imperial part #IR-250H are also known good pliers. In the past, many have used standard auto store pliers, exacto knives, screwdrivers etc,. You can get away with a lot of things but there is the right tool for the job also.
